Hello loves, I'm finally back. I ordered a couple of things off of ibuybeauti mostly Etude house products but first here is my thought of the website.

Layout:

First off the layout of the website is really nice,simple, and clean. Very easy to search for products especially with the brands tab where you can choose to see one specific brand's products.Another great feature is that they have a review section which is nice if you are not sure on what you want to buy.

Customer Service:

The customer service is fantastic on this website. I have asked many times about opinions on what shade to get and questions on if the product has parabens or if it is good for dry skin. The customer service team always replies within the same day which is amazing, they also seem to know a lot about the products and which shade is suitable. They helped me pick the perfect shade for my skin multiple times. I'm really bad at that loll

ibuybeauti features a lot of Korean makeup and skincare brands such as:

innisfree

laniege

hera

tonymoly

etude house

nature republic

sulwahsoo,etc.

I have found that they carry more high-end Korean brands compared to other websites. They also offer better deals; some of the lowest prices I have seen on products from brands like Etude House to Hera and you get the guarantee that they are 100% authentic products and unused. I have had problems from buying products on ebay and getting fakes I much rather pay $1 extra for good service and products.

My Purchase Review

Shipping:

The shipping took about 3 weeks to get to Florida from Korea which is not bad at all. ibuybeauti offers Worldwide shipping which is amazing, no matter where you are you can get your hands on the latest Korean products. I paid for the standard $3 dollar shipping which I regret should have paid for the $6.00 standard shipping that comes with the tracking code since I am someone who constantly checks on package status. While waiting for my package I messaged ibuybeauti after two-weeks of purchase to see if they had shipped it and they had shipped it day of purchase and it was about 3 days away from my house. There quick response was amazing and greatly appreciated.

Buying makeup online can be scary since products like eyeshadows could easily crack. ibuybeauti packages their item very well it was very sturdy and nothing was broken.

Products:

First off they sent me a lot of samples. I only purchased 4 things so I was expecting maybe a little cream sample but they sent me 3 FULL size masks that were amazing and 2 essence like products. I ordered 3 Etude House products and 1 innisfree products. All the products are authentic and the package was not ruined at all. I love all the products and will be making a post later this week demoing the products and reviewing them so for now I would just like to inform you that I am very pleased.

I really like this website and their service I already went back and purchased a new item which I will be reviewing once it arrives. Definitely recommend.5 stars or should I say strawberries ha.
